Pros
- you will meet some wonderful people working here, most employees are extremely friendly and a great team to work with (not just sales - purchasing, marketing, HR…) - BDR leadership is really supportive, motivating and kind - other BDRs are fun to work with - well done to talent for hiring amazing people at Vertice! - lots of learnings as it’s a high paced work environment - huge business growth from small startup to successful industry player
Cons
- currently no opportunities to progress as a junior employee. There needs to be more clarity on how and when you will get promoted. Even people who consistently achieve / overachieve on their targets don’t get promoted. Other companies promote people in these circumstances - if it doesn’t happen here, people will leave. - low salary compared to other BDR roles. Even after a while working here and achieving great results, the pay rise and salary is not very good compared to industry standards. - there needs to be better communication when people are let go due to underperformance. Not having clarity on this harms the culture and team spirit. - very dependant on the success of the AE you work with. Some AEs do not have your success as a BDR but their own success in mind. This makes it difficult to work efficiently and hit your targets.
