worst than regular turkish slavery contrat, in my opinion not worh to work with.
Cons
I have heard about multiple lawsuits and experienced what I consider to be unprofessional hiring practices.
In my opinion, there seems to be a misunderstanding of the difference between management and control. When control is lost, the response appears to shift toward intimidation, manipulation, or pressure rather than effective leadership.
From what I have understood, the company may contact current or former employers without the candidate's explicit permission, which raises serious concerns about privacy and professionalism.
I dont belive its worth
I joined Vertigo last year and have had a positive experience so far. The team is very supportive and collaborative, which makes a big difference in day-to-day work. The office environment is great—comfortable, well-equipped, and enjoyable to work in. The company also offers good perks and benefits, which add to the overall experience. Overall, it’s been a pleasant and rewarding place to work.
