1) At Vertilux you can have a stable job, pay your bills, feed your family, and not worry (too much) about layoffs. 2) This company offers opportunities to get involved in many types of projects at different departments. 3) The company allows a singular flexibility to employees.

1) Common problems, believe it persists in every company... Lack of information and procedures, communication between departments is severely lacking, etc... 2) This company is not attractive to anyone looking at my resume.
