Nepotism & Favoritism: Relatives of employees are favored in hiring and receive special treatment, creating an unfair work environment. No Employee Engagement: No extracurricular activities, parties, or celebrations, leading to a dull workplace. Unfair Pay Gap: Significant salary disparities between senior and junior staff undermine morale. Substandard Infrastructure: Poor quality desks, chairs, and failure to meet basic IT standards. Lack of Basic Amenities: No tissue paper, drinks, or adequate air conditioning provided, reflecting a disregard for employee comfort.
