Experienced professionals should think twice — constant chaos outweighs any learning opportunity - Project Manager Vervent Employee Review

Pros

Exposure to challenging projects that will test your limits and give you insight into complex operational and client-facing environments.

Cons

Compensation is below market across all locations. Micro-management is pervasive, and interdepartmental politics make collaboration exhausting. Senior leadership frequently changes project scope and timelines without considering capacity or impact, leaving teams scrambling. Expect extremely long hours, and don’t count on resources being available to support the workload — burnout is real here.

Pros

- Quarterly Bonus - can choose to be hybrid or remote

Cons

- Lack of clearly defined processes or best practices - HR is very old fashioned: lower pay, minimal pay increase, no paid paternity/maternity leave while execs get treated like royalty - They will give you laptop/computer that are 6 years old, making it impossible to do your job day to day. - the company seems to have a bad rep amongst other employers when applying for new jobs. They might NOT want to see that you’ve worked here for a long time just fyi.
