The only reason these ppl besides the ceo are in Sr. Exec positions is because they have a long history working together. Going from company to company running them in to the ground. A few of the Sr. VP executives are some of the worst people I have ever met, let alone leaders with power and protection. If You want to be mistreated, verbally abused, overworked and at the end of every day literally told “you suck why am I paying you?”. Go ahead and work here. My guess is they forced our two Portland team members to write those reviews since turn turn over is at an insane rate(besides leadership). Also that Portland team has been on chopping block for a while so they are doing everything they can to stay in good graces. That’s how it works here.
