Pros

Clean, upgraded facility, free coffee, drinks, secure site, lots of employee parking, desks are eco friendly.

Cons

Leadership has no desire of meeting with anyone below their job level. They don’t listen to the concerns about the employees. They are treat the operation group as though they are operational and dispensable. For this particular location it’s not the case since the majority of the team requires high analytical skills to perform they’re duties. The company does not know or intentionally provides improper titling to each position. Tax preparer/accountant is not the same as a commercial loan analyst. Financial analysts is not the same as data entry clerk. All these task was labeled as one job title to reduce cost, “account specialists”. This is faulty expectation to all applicants. But leadership labels and treats employees as transactional production workers. Do not work here unless they pay the correct titling of the job description.

Pros

- Quarterly Bonus - can choose to be hybrid or remote

Cons

- Lack of clearly defined processes or best practices - HR is very old fashioned: lower pay, minimal pay increase, no paid paternity/maternity leave while execs get treated like royalty - They will give you laptop/computer that are 6 years old, making it impossible to do your job day to day. - the company seems to have a bad rep amongst other employers when applying for new jobs. They might NOT want to see that you’ve worked here for a long time just fyi.
