If you’re considering joining this company, think twice. This is a place for people looking to scam their way to success, not for those looking to genuinely grow and build their careers. The management relies on manipulation and deceit to extract knowledge they don’t have themselves, with little intention of investing back into their team. They skimp on documentation, avoid responsibility, and will gaslight you if any issues arise. They operate illegally in Serbia, evading taxes and continuously postponing any “solutions.” Promises of promotions, salary raises, and career growth? Empty words. Leadership is more concerned with what people think once they leave than with the employees who are still there. High turnover is the norm, and the few who stick around are often coasting on minimal effort. Be extremely cautious when reviewing your contract, as there’s often a huge gap between what’s promised and what’s actually written. The management is highly incompetent. If you apply for an agent role, expect to stay there indefinitely. For other roles, growth is virtually non-existent. This is micromanagement at its finest, hiring inexperienced people they can easily control, while experienced hires are avoided and silenced. The company promotes “open communication,” but they don’t like to hear others’ opinions. It’s all a façade. They’ll claim the chaos is just part of the “startup culture,” but the reality is a disorganized mess led by people who don’t know what they’re doing. Rules and tasks change daily with zero consistency or documentation. You may see this review removed or a manipulative response aimed at making it seem like I’m just an upset former employee—don’t be fooled. I worked here for three draining years, and the only reason I stayed was to gain experience for a better role elsewhere. If you have the patience to endure daily nonsense, use this place for experience, and leave at the first opportunity. The only reason to work here is to gain experience and leave as quickly as possible.
