      Pros

      The best thing I learned here is who I do not ever want to work for again. The owner will come in and smile one day, make very inappropriate comments/jokes the next, tell you how great you are one day and then threaten your job the next. The owner of this company demeans everyone on his staff. Loves to tell people how stupid they are and how they make too much money. He sells everyone on a dream and mission and after you walk through these doors you realize that they were all lies.

      Cons

      People are treated like crap here. If you do not work 12 plus hours everyday you are considered lazy and not loyal. No such thing as work life balance, not with this organization.

      Pros

      Get to work with a solid, professional, and high-performing team to support our client. Timely responses from HQ staff when we need something or have a question. We are sent nice, personally signed cards for work/life accomplishments. Remote work is a huge bonus.

      Cons

      Nothing comes to mind. VMSI has always been a good company to work for.

      Pros

      VMSI is an outstanding company that I am truly proud to work for, and to be associated with in my professional career. I have 20 years of Contracting Experience and close to 30 years of working with the Federal Government (retired Air Force Senior Master Sergeant). VMSI is an organization that truly honors those technical/managerial skills and uses those abilities to enhance and better any company they are working for to be a force enabler. I take a lot of pride in working with VMSI and highly recommend them to anyone who wants stellar contracting support.
