Pros
I've worked in boutique and global search firms, as well as in-house at multibillion-dollar companies and still find Vetted to be one of the top search organizations, in terms of compelling searches and clients, opportunity to work closely with firm and client leadership, fast pace and variety of work, and firm leadership's passion for delivering great results and having fun doing it. Firm and leadership have a great reputation in the industry - among both clients and candidates - for both search execution and "thought leadership." Work can be super fast-paced and standards are very high, but it was always a collegial atmosphere, where all team members could come to work as their "authentic selves."
Cons
Nothing that isn't common to other boutique professional services organizations - work can come fast and furious, process could be buttoned here and there, and clients are paramount. More the nature of the business than any sort of cons.
