- This office in particular has a very non-inclusive and discriminatory culture. You will be left out of work events, happy hours, etc. - It was very cliquey and unless you sacrifice a part of your identity you won’t fit in and will be ostracized - Team leads and management are no help I was gaslighted and bullied in team meetings/work events - No upward mobility there was no room to climb unless you are a favorite of management
