Pros

The care and compassion team members have to provide top-notch, quality care is amazing to witness. The pay and benefits are unmatched and very strong in my opinion. Opportunities for growth are good if you work hard and want to learn.

Cons

Only con is the onboarding for new timers on fingerprint clearance cards

-Everyone (resident and employee) is so friendly and welcoming from day 1. -Potential growth within the company -Amazing benefits!

Cons

-For me, personally, the commute but that was my decision
