Pros
Working at ViB has been a rewarding and empowering experience. I truly appreciate the independence and ownership that come with my role—it's as if I get to run my own business within the company. The flexibility of the remote schedule is a huge plus, and the leadership team, including the CEO, COO, and CMO, is incredibly accessible, which fosters open communication without the usual corporate red tape. Vib also genuinely prioritizes giving back, and participating in several nonprofit initiatives, which aligns well with my values. On top of that, my teammates are amazing—everyone is always willing to lend a hand and help each other succeed.
Overall, ViB is a fantastic place to work if you're looking for a company that values independence, provides leadership accessibility, and maintains a supportive team culture. They’ve been receptive to feedback and are actively working to address areas of improvement, which makes it an even better place to grow your career.
Cons
There are a couple of areas where ViB could improve. While there was limited PTO in the past, this has already been addressed with a new policy this quarter. Additionally, while the high level of flexibility is great, it can sometimes lead to people working in silos, which can make collaboration a bit challenging at times.
