Pros
- Sales opportunity - Every day has a new adventure. - You can drive the van however you want. - Its almost impossible to get fired. - Leads always quit because the pressure is too much to handle. So, as long as you're there for more than 3 months and likable you will probably be in charge of something. - Used to bring in at least a grand a week - You can use sleezy sales tactics. Customers are typically of a slower demographic so its pretty simple. - You can take the van home so you get a company gas card.
Cons
- Like any company that isnt backed by government grants the benefits suck. - Roofs and ladders. ( If the ladder is over a story tell em you're not gonna do it without another person there) Legally you need 2. - Long days, but mostly due to the equipment download time. - Customers will ask you to do things that you aren't trained on, (Like wall fishing and drilling up into walls from the basement. This leads to some pretty gritty looking set ups.
