Great people in mid-lower management. Location...Free oatmeal and coffee. Tuition reimbursement was a good perk if you can qualify.

No new ideas generated. Sales and inquiries have been collapsing for the last 3 years and the same old ideas are circulated and presented as new. Managers claim to be data driven but cherry pick the data they want to support their ideas. Pay and title is equated with intelligence which is clearly not the case. Technology is chosen to conform to corporate standards not what actually works for the business, leading to frustration and lack of tools needed to move forward. Nickle and dime good employees, the thought that everyone is replaceable, until entire departments leave at once.
