Pros

The San Diego climate can't be beat. Also, the casual atmosphere, tons of opportunity, very smart people to work with and learn from. The company has high expectations of its employees, so you'd better have high expectations for yourself. They have a generous vacation policy which starts at 3 weeks a year and ramps up to 5 weeks, albeit it take 15 years to get to that level. Benefits are great as well.

Cons

Schedule pressures are constant, seems like it's always crunch time.

Pros

There is freedom to approach each project as you see fit. Strong support from senior leadership.

Cons

When several programs peak at the same time the hours start to creep up pretty quickly.

Pros

Good work-life balance with flexible scheduling

Cons

Over the past several years, the company has lacked a clear long-term strategy, resulting in frequent reorganizations, shifting priorities, and multiple rounds of layoffs. Decision-making often feels reactive rather than strategic, creating uncertainty and making it difficult to execute long-term plans. Internal processes can also be overly complex, slowing down work and reducing efficiency.
