Hi...thanks for taking a moment to write a review. It's great to hear that you're enjoying so much of the ViaSat experience! In terms of "no career paths," we don't create/communicate formalized career paths for employees because we want employees to have the flexibility to change paths and not feel locked into a particular direction. We also want employees to feel like they're in the driver's seat when it comes to their careers.
