Pros
Good compensation and benefits. Flexible remote work setup. Work-life balance is possible.
Cons
The culture is highly political and lacks psychological safety. Favoritism and perception seem to matter more than performance. Collaboration suffers because people are more focused on protecting themselves and their headcount than supporting each other. Leadership is largely absent and disconnected from the actual work. Frequent layoffs have created an ongoing sense of instability. Entire teams lose key knowledge overnight, leaving others to figure things out with little to no documentation or support. Performance reviews can feel arbitrary and it's mostly gaslighting. If your priority is a steady paycheck (until it isnt), this may work for you. If you’re looking for mentorship, strong leadership, or a collaborative and forward-thinking environment, expectations should be managed.
