      - good people - smaller company - learning a lot in each department

      Cons

      - grad program is 5 days onsite, even though some tasks could be done fully at home - no bonus or merit increase for the 2 years - site is closing in 2 years

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
