      Should be a good company. Generally good work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, some individuals and middle managers do as they please and create a very toxic environment. Senior managers turn a blind eye to get numbers.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
