      Pros

      Once under Mr. Puskar this was a great job. Treated like family. Felt like you had a purpose and a belonging. That all left as they pushed him from the company he created and spent a lifetime building. Highest quality products only when Mr. Puskar was there

      Cons

      All about offshore manufacturing and saving money to pay executives. Quality was pushed aside for dose count. Lots of poor decisions and money wasted.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
