      Overall I met some nice people there, mainly people looking for experience or in the waiting room for something better.

      Cons

      Culture wise it's toxic. People who have been there a long time are very difficult and like to make things hard for new people. I would avoid

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
