      Pros

      Commutable if you live on the dart line. If you are a graduate you will be able to get your foot in the door easier here than companies with better reputations.

      Cons

      Terrible culture, expectations are very high and no appreciation by management. Pay is based on who you know and how loud you shout not performance or experience.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
