      Pros

      Great benefit package, when you count all together, it becomes greater package - specifically their health insurance. Management still finding their way since new management after merger.

      Cons

      Since new management after merger, added stress level. With the layoffs at continue frequency do not allow employee to work with peace.

      Flexibility of working time Unlimited personal days Get to travel around the world Compensation & benefits

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
