      Pros

      The managers are really caring and there is a real sense of mentorship within the company. Personal and professional growth is supported through a variety of initiatives.

      Cons

      As with any large, international company (especially during WFH) cross-team communication can be difficult.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
