      Pros

      - a lovely, tight-knit team that supports your growth - a large variety of tasks - a possibility to "specialize" in your area of interest - an interesting industry and tech-led business with a lot of growth potential - a VERY international team and company - a possibility to work from home at least two days a week (specifically in Luxembourg:) - a great office space right at the center of town - fun activities outside work - snacks and cake are often served by great coworkers :)

      Cons

      The workload is quite high during monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing; however, since the team works closely together, even the highest workload is very manageable.

      Pros

      - Corporate culture - Interesting business trips - Existence of the year bonus - Payment for the lunches - Cool team buildings - Amazing team

      Cons

      - Salary increase per year is just 50$ gross (max is 200$ but in case you are promoted from Manager to Lead) - I had the same amount of the year bonus for the whole period of my work - No opportunity to work remotely from any other country, you have to stay in your country and go to office on a hybrid mode
