Horrific experience - Anonymous employee VicRoads Employee Review

The Victorian government privatized VicRoads and it is now ran by superannuation and banking executives who openly talk about wanting to cut staff every day as their sole objective. There is no true care for customers, the Victorian community or staff. There is rampant bullying happening every day especially from the executive in charge of Operations and his subordinates. Their behaviours have been brought to the attention to HR directly and through formal third-party whistleblowing channels but there is no action to address it.
