Pros

I had great leaders in product and design until they were made redundant. Direct colleagues were great to work with. Comfortable pay but snail slow to implement anything. I got by, by being on outsourced projects.

Cons

Exec, leaders only really care about the sales made in custom plates/heritage plates, they are a bunch of uninterested incompetent bullies. They're not interested in modernising operations via agile business approaches and processes. No acknowledgement of the business case presented for better design operations. They cycle through rounds of Deloitte consultants who have historically failed to bring value. Underpaid front-line staff are using 6+ dated tooling programs to get through customer enquiries, in the two years I've been there, our team could have supported and solved this with a platform but there isn't even a tech stack, developers don't know how to use react. Over a year to procure only 40% of the tools I needed as a designer. You'd be committing career suicide or at least fall behind in your career by a decade if you took up a role here.
