Pros
Very international, opportunity to work in interesting places. Very nice and competent people at the factories. Good for former military employees and WW2 fans.
Cons
Very political, a lot of hidden agendas, slave like acceptance of the cult of the (owner) president who still decides all. High turnover at top management positions. The moment you are told to leave you have 20 minutes to take your personal belongings: once through the door, all your Blackberry contacts, emails and phone numbers are erased.
