Pros
I can not find anything
Cons
I have witnessed significant turnover in the development team, with 8 people being let go within a year. It seems that if overtime isn’t done or if there’s difficulty in fitting in socially within the team, the risk of being dismissed is high. In one meeting, management openly stated that they would fire anyone perceived as underperforming. Salary payments are often delayed, and the stock options mentioned in job postings are not accurate. There are also issues within the work environment. Micromanagement is common, and the efforts of the development team are not adequately recognized. Some people who have been with the company for a long time, despite not having strong technical skills, seem to be able to secure raises for themselves. Meanwhile, much of the actual workload falls on developers like us. Unfortunately, asking for a raise can sometimes lead to being let go under unclear circumstances. Overall, the company doesn’t seem to offer much long-term potential, and I would advise caution before leaving your current job for this role.
