Very corporate feeling despite being less than 100 employees. Employee feedback isn't taken seriously. Spent millions of office renovations and complained about profit margins, then tightened the noose. Many times had to cite the FLSA because of malpractice. Petty responses to issues being brought up. Disregard for work life balance. Underpays. Litigates against employees that've left the company. Shady tactics behind closed doors towards customers.
