Pros
Victaulic is a wonderful company with an outstanding business model. There are tremendous opportunities for employees on a global scale and many examples of employees who have been given opportunities for cross-functional career development and upward advancement. The company continues to grow at a rapid pace but works hard to retain a paternalistic approach to taking care of employees - annual bonuses for all salaried employees, robust 401K match, strong benefits package, competitive salaries, employee programs, leading volunteerism and charity support.
Cons
Too many employees don't fully appreciate how special the company is, which is evidenced by the number of former employees who inquire about coming back after seeing that the grass isn't greener somewhere else.
