      Pros

      Love the flexibility with hybrid work availability. Can work at home for office times but in the field 70% of time. Working with children and families is great, upholding wraparound principles, and decent wages. Some locations do have favoritism and definitely some drama. For most part is great place to work.

      Drama, favoritism, and some biases towards employees who are more valued than others
