Great company to work for. Totally different from a corporate company where everyone is just a number and you are not encouraged to think for yourself. Victor Michael believes in delivering the best performances from their staff and always give the highest customer service to their clients. Employees regulalrly socialise together, creating a strong team.

Socialising with employees !!..lol Just joking. Victor Michael are in competition with the better known high street estate agents, which is a shame as they do not give a better service, but because they can advertise more they have cornered the market., meaning Victor Michael work harder to gain instructions.

Great company to work for with scope to progress. Unlike corporate companies hard work is recognized which is key in any work environment. Our commission package rewards us for taking on new business as well as selling properties therefore increasing earning potential. How much you earn is within Your control.

Competition is fierce in the areas we cover and therefore have to stand out more than the "Big Names" on the high Street. Marketing and advertising are huge factors contributing to our success and I believe these are areas we can always improve on. New ideas of leaflets and other marketing strategies are being implemented as we speak. Consistency is Key.
