Great company to work for. Totally different from a corporate company where everyone is just a number and you are not encouraged to think for yourself. Victor Michael believes in delivering the best performances from their staff and always give the highest customer service to their clients. Employees regulalrly socialise together, creating a strong team.

Victor Michael are in competition with the better known high street estate agents, which is a shame as they do not give a better service, but because they can advertise more they have cornered the market., meaning Victor Michael work harder to gain instructions.
