Upper management is a joke. They make you push sales people do not need. Pay you minimum wage and promise raises but never deliver. Always short staffed. Buildings and equipment falling apart, the store I worked in had no heat half the winter. Temp in the shop was 15 degrees and the wouldn't close. Most expensive oil change I have ever seen and they wonder why people won't buy "extras"
