Surrounded by hard workers that are willing to help, they are very lenient with your work schedule and you can go in and out of the office any time you want, no issues taking time off for a vacation or personal hobbies, good benefits, learn a lot quickly, make useful connections.
Cons
Sometimes can be overwhelming when first starting, as they have a "learn by making mistakes" style of teaching, which forces you to learn pretty quickly.
