Good money, Terrible management - Hydrotherapy Provider Vida-Flo Employee Review

I love working here! All my co-workers and management are so nice and helpful. I make more here with tips and commission than at the hospital in a much better environment. A+

I really don't have any negatives. I don't understand why others have left untrue reviews.

It could be a great company, if they actually put decent human beings in charge.

Michael (CEO of Nashville location) is the absolute worst human being I've ever met. He belittles women, mothers and anyone who actually didn't come from money. He creates a hostile work environment pushing patients through regardless of educating the providers. He keeps raising the prices and not honoring what the company offers which leaves customers angry at you. He threatens to fire everyone in front of brand new staff because business isn't going well (because it's him). He pays the staff a despicable wage. But then claims we will get tips to make up for it, but lies because most are members who don't pay anything when they come in. I have never in my life met such a disrespectful human being, and if his clinics fail, it will be on him. No one else. People try to help, but he refuses to listen. Such a horrible place.
