Pros
Vida is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The hiring and training process is smooth and efficient, and I was confident that it was a good fit because they really took the time to really get to know me and my experience and skills. The work environment is so positive and supportive, I was more excited to come to work as each day of my training went on because I was enjoying it so much. The work is very engaging and there is a lot to learn, but the team is incredibly patient and helpful. It's obvious that this company cares deeply about their employees and wants to make sure they have everything they need to succeed in their roles. I honestly feel very lucky to be working for Vida and am excited for the future!
