      You can learn a lot about how NOT to run a business and how NOT to treat employees,

      Cons

      The OWNER. He is incredibly condescending and will call you out in front of everyone in an attempt to humiliate you. No room for advancement as his entire family runs this company.

      Weekly training is great. Health insurance and dental paid by company. 401k match. Paid vacation. Bonuses during CAT events and on large losses.

      The downside of working there is little to none.
