As for my specific community issues:
- Management treating the office like high school gossiping, taking too many smoke breaks, pulling mean pranks to bully an employee as well disclosing private information about this employee for gossip
- Manager disrespecting boundaries with name calling, mocking, constantly wanting leasing consultant to work overtime as they gets to leave early and take several breaks with the assistant.
- overstepping and contacting often outside work hours
Just read the reviews for the community itself first, theres complaints about management for a reason. This company is just a sinking ship. It is the most unprofessional people I have worked with.
