Pros
Some co-workers were genuine team players and I liked that we were working in healthcare. Otherwise all red flags that I should have paid attention to.
Cons
The CEO mistreats everyone and lies. You are paid poorly and treated horribly. I see some of new people trying but they can’t change the deceptive culture. It is shocking what we say to others and what we do internally in the company. Patient data is treated without care and are security is a sham. The team works hard and we are asked to just do more and more while this does not apply to the CEO. I would recommend to stay as far as possible from this company.
