Good place to work, not great pay - Video Editor Video Shopping Employee Review

This is the best job I ever landed. Management is very generous and fun to work with. The rest of the staff is also the same way! I have been working for Video Shopping for under a year and I have already doubled my Salary! It is definitely performance based but they actually pay very well and the sky is the limit when it comes to earnings. I can't see myself working anywhere else. They delivered on every promise from the day I started.

- Funnels all sales through an aggresive cold calling tactic that alienates potential clients. "Sales" at this company means aggressively calling random businesses and asking them if they're interested in having a video made. As you can imagine, this makes 90% of the work day hell. - They overwork & under pay their employees. Not just in sales, but also the production team. You will get an okay paycheck here, but don't expect a penny more. The production employees are comprised of a small group of extremely talented young video professionals who should be properly compensated for the amount of work they do. - Very political work enviroment. Expect daily banter about every current political controversy you can imagine. - I'd bet my entire life savings they are not taking COVID seriously.
