And if you quit by yourself, they won't even bother to ask why, they are in no way interested. Micromanagement approach across the company makes the atmosphere stressful. Every employee seems to have 5 different bosses above them. Project and process are terribly slow and politics. The structure is heavy and is getting heavier and heavier.
