Company going bankrupt - Anonymous employee View, Inc. Employee Review

Other companies spend millions on marketing and sales strategies. The product marketing team at View suggests sharing Twitter and news article links among family members to increase visibility of the product. Such a joke! The quality of hiring is so bad that most of employees in the engineering and management team do not have relevant degrees. Children of employees are hired at free will. This automatically leads to poor software products being shipped to customers. View is filled with people who were either fired from their previous company or who have extremely poor skill set. You end up working with dumbest minds in the bay area. The employee morale is very low. Most of the day is spent in fire fighting and providing solutions to production issues rather than focussing on goals and tasks. It is impossible to improve and grow skill set at View. The CEO treats his employees like bonded laborers. When there a little bit of glare at his shiny private office he commands all his slaves to run and fix the problem. Little does he know his own employees work in sub standard work environments with poor lighting. Pay is a joke. No annual bonus, 401K match or employee stock plan. Company is not making profit and there are no signs that it will go IPO
