I loved working at Viewhouse because everyone was so welcoming and friendly. They made the job fun and always had your back. Not to mention the pay was great.

At night, it isn't in the safest area, but our doorhosts walked the girls to their cars if they were far away.

Leaves a lot to be desired but the concept is cool

Micromanaging from senior management and a somewhat hateful negative environment, they expect the management to work around years of neglect to the property with no investment into the location that produces the most consistent and record breaking sales numbers, they don’t take care of their staff so if you’re one of the ones that stay you get abused and over worked with the hope that eventually everything gets better. You’re not rewarded or shown any sort of support or gratitude for working extra shifts just get hit with more work and expectations. There’s no clear route for growth anywhere and the team there barely gets by. If you want things to improve you have to take care of the people running your ship not take out the lack of willing applicants on them.
