Upbeat environment and great people to work with in an easy job if you can handle sales... their product is actually a good deal in the long run
Cons
Constant crisis management. Upper management works against the ultimate goal of getting sales and customers by impeding the whole sales process because people have buyer's remorse, and they can't recognize it or are afraid to deal with it because of the better business bureau which really means nothing... look at some insurance companies' complaints...
