Bad management, people can do whatever they want. Coworkers take 45 minute breaks that are meant to be 15 minutes. Coworkers leave throughout the night, come back just to clock out. Senior employees lack talent due to only working in that plastic environment. Senior employees think they can do whatever they want because they've been there for years, and management lets them.
