This medical practice is only concerned with money. They work their MAs until they hate their job. You are required to work 5 weekends a year. You cannot be off work unless you have PTO. Micro managing is a major problem for them. They put unnecessary stress on employees. One location has three different “supervisors”. There is too busy hands in the pot here and their current supervisors are not well trained in how they communicate with people. They feel a group meeting is necessary for all concerns.
