Can sometimes get a little unfair

Schedule is good. They work around your schedule and even if you are in school you can still do up to 40 hours per week. Pay is minimum to entry.

No raises, even if you do more than one thing. No incentives, no bonuses and absolutely no way to climb up the ladder.
